Saved replies

Typically, certain responses you send to users are recurring and can be reused. Saved replies enable you to store these responses as templates that can be edited and customized before being sent to users. Whether it's a complete reply or just a link (like a tutorial link), you can save it as a reply template. Access to these saved replies is available in the message editor section.

When you click on the saved replies button, you can select the manage button to either edit the existing saved replies or add a new one.

Every saved reply is stored with a name, which can be referenced by entering "#" in the message editor section. Upon entering "#," Pavior displays a list of your saved replies. You can scroll through the list or continue adding more characters to refine the search for the desired template. The "#" sign can also be used to reference user attributes available on Pavior.
