Message personalization

It's often useful to personalize a message using an attribute from the user's profile. You can insert attributes into messages, saved replies, automessages and campaigns by typing # anywhere in your message.

When you press #, Pavior suggests the available attributes from the CR. For instance, you might begin a message with Hi #firstName to dynamically substitute the user's first name.In the support inbox, the attribute will be immediately replaced by the actual value. In saved replies, automessages or messages tailored for campaigns, where the audience typically extends beyond a single user, Pavior provides an option to select a fallback in case specific users lack the designated attribute. For instance, if you choose #firstName for a message like Hi #firstName, you can set there as the fallback value. This ensures that the message is sent as Hi there in cases where the firstName attribute is not available for a particular user.
