Pavior lets you initiate video calls with customers on your website. Our video calls require 0 setup, and your customer doesn't have to leave your website. To start a call, or create a call link for later, click the phone icon at the top of the [conversation view](/v1/user-manual/inbox/the-inbox-view). Within the call, you will find standard video call features such as mute, hide video, and share screen.
