One-time bulk messages let you send a bulk email to a group of users, one time. They are nearly identical to [automessages](/v1/user-manual/marketing-automation/automessages) except that filters apply only once at the point of sending. If new users match the filters, they will not receive the message. One-time messages are useful for announcing service changes or a short-term promotion.
