You may not use Pavior to send spam. Pavior can be used to send two types of emails:

- **Transactional emails** are used for critical emails directly related to an action that one of your users has taken. For example, a transactional email may notify a user that a report they requested is complete. You can send transactional emails freely.
- **Marketing emails** are used to inform users of products and services that they may not have heard of yet. **You may not use Pavior to send marketing emails unless you've gotten express opt-in consent from the user. Any team violating this policy will be immediately disabled, with no refund.**

All emails with over 50 recipients will automatically have an unsubscribe link added to the email. When a user clicks the link, we will set the **Email subscription** attribute to false on their [profile](/v1/user-manual/crm/the-user-profile). A user who has unsubscribed will not receive any emails from your team. They will still be able to see messages in the [live chat](/v1/user-manual/live-chat), along with a warning that they won't receive any emails. They can resubscribe by clicking a link in the warning.
