Email opt-in

You may not use Pavior to send spam. Pavior can be used to send two types of emails:

  • Transactional emails are used for critical emails directly related to an action that one of your users has taken. For example, a transactional email may notify a user that a report they requested is complete. You can send transactional emails freely.
  • Marketing emails are used to inform users of products and services that they may not have heard of yet. You may not use Pavior to send marketing emails unless you've gotten express opt-in consent from the user. Any team violating this policy will be immediately disabled, with no refund.

All emails with over 50 recipients will automatically have an unsubscribe link added to the email. When a user clicks the link, we will set the Email subscription attribute to false on their profile. A user who has unsubscribed will not receive any emails from your team. They will still be able to see messages in the live chat, along with a warning that they won't receive any emails. They can resubscribe by clicking a link in the warning.
