Appearance
To customize the appearance of your chat, go to [MDX CODE]. In this section, you can:
- Upload your logo
- Choose the color of your chat
- Set up a welcome message, and various placeholders in the chat widget
Please note that only the Admin role can modify these settings.
You can also customize the position of the chat bubble using our API.
Automatically responding to customers
Pavior lets you automatically respond to customers based on various conditions. Every team starts with a default campaign to collect a name and email whenever an anonymous user starts a conversation. If you want your chat onboarding to behave differently, check out Campaigns.
