Sender profiles

Sender profiles allow you to customize the formatting of the from: field in outgoing emails.

You can add, edit or delete your sender profiles in [MDX CODE]

Each sender profile lets you customize the display name, the email (if multiple are available) and the signature to set on outgoing emails. If you have more than one sender profile available, you'll be able to select a default one, and any time you respond to a conversation for the first time, you'll be able to select a different one for that conversation.

Note: The signature will not be visible from the support inbox view, or from the customer's live chat, but it will be visible from their email.
