Most teams want to have a dedicated support email that customers can send requests to. Pavior gives you lots of flexibility in setting this up, so that all of your customer support can be managed from your support inbox.
Each inbox in Pavior has an associated email address: <inboxName>@<yourTeamId>.convo.email. For example, sending an email to unassigned@<yourTeamId>.convo.email will end up in your Unassigned inbox.
You can use this to set up a central email for customer support. For example, if you already use gmail or outlook and want to use the email support@example.com for all email support requests, you would set up a filter (on that email in gmail or outlook) to forward all inbound emails to unassigned@<yourTeamId>.convo.email.
