User feedback

The help center builder is automatically integrated with the rest of the Pavior platform. Specifically, users can very quickly leave feedback on any part of any article. Feedback helps to improve articles by addressing any questions or confusion the customer might face.

To leave feedback, the user just needs to hover over a paragraph and click the Feedback or clarification button. Alternatively, they can select a piece of text, and leave feedback on that exact text.

When a user leaves feedback, it will appear in your inbox, and a red dot will appear next to the article in the help center builder. The feedback will include the original text they responded to, with a permalink to the full article pinned to the exact version they saw.

The feedback will behave just like a normal conversation. If you respond to it, the user will see the response in their chat bubble and get an email transcript. If you close the conversation, it will mark it as resolved and the red dot will go away.

Note: if feedback was left on an older version of the article, you will need to select that version from the history sidebar in order to see it.

In addition to viewing the article, you can also use time travel to view exactly what the user was attempting to do before leaving the feedback. See User feedback in the time travel section for more info.
